Dann Adams

Dann Adams is an investor and advisor to a number of start up companies. He retired from Equifax in 2020 and now serves on three Boards. Dann excelled in a data analytics career spanning 40 years. At Equifax, Dann served as President three out of the four business units over a 21 year career. This included Equifax’s Global Consumer Solutions, Workforce Solutions and Credit Information Solutions. Dann and his team led their acquisition and integration of The Work Number helping position, now the leading verification of employment and income service today. Prior to Equifax, Dann served 18 years in senior leadership positions at Dun & Bradstreet running the southeast regional sales division as well as product marketing and leadership roles in Murray Hill NJ.

Stephanie Hanson

Stephanie, who has spent the majority of her career in auto lending and tech is best recognized for founding defi SOLUTIONS, a trailblazer in cloud-based lender software for auto and consumer lending. From the ground up, she transformed it into an industry giant with a valuation of approximately $100M. Her innovative leadership not only developed the platform’s leading-edge technology but also strategically acquired competitor OpenRule Systems, amplifying growth. In a traditionally static market, Stephanie’s vision with defi SOLUTIONS rejuvenated the landscape, challenging established players. Beyond her strategic prowess, her emphasis on nurturing a collaborative workplace culture earned widespread accolades, including a Best Place to Work award.

Jude Sampson

In 2000 Jude co-founded and served as CEO of Levelfield.com Inc and Online Agency. He currently still serves on the board of Levelfield.com as well as the board for TurbopassReport.com. Jude specializes in developing business models, business process design, and closed-loop integrated data networks with a focus and maximizing social capital by allowing an organization to utilize its most precious resource, its people, at their highest level. Outside of work, Jude is an avid soccer player, a dedicated son, husband, father, and a leader in his communities.

Jeff Griffith

Jeff Griffith is a seasoned financial expert with over 25 years of experience in finance and sales support. He currently holds the esteemed positions of Vice President at Triton Financial Services and Director of Financial Services for Triton Automotive Financial Services. In these roles, Jeff spearheads competitive finance options for new and used vehicles, catering to Triton member auto groups and their clientele. His chief aim is to ensure the continuous competitiveness and availability of Triton’s financing offers.

Before his tenure at Triton, Jeff dedicated 23 years to CarMax, taking on vital roles such as Director of Finance Operations and Risk and Group Manager. There, he adeptly managed relationships between CarMax’s central office, its numerous locations, and third-party financial firms. Jeff’s strategic vision ensured the ongoing competitiveness of CarMax’s finance offers, while also bolstering profitability through trend analysis, support functions, and efficiency-boosting strategies.

Simon Scalzo

Simon Scalzo is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in fintech and automotive retail solutions. Prior to his role as the Founder and Director of Remitter, Simon served as the CEO of Openpay and the Managing Director of Credit Clear. During this time, he played a pivotal role in streamlining payment processes with consumer-centric solutions, contributing to the growth and success of both companies.

In addition to his impressive achievements, Simon is a director of Connexion, an Australian ASX-listed loan car software company that operates in over 5,000+ dealerships throughout America.

Simon’s expertise extends to innovations in mobile communication and payment technologies. Simon’s leadership roles as well as his experiences in automotive sectors, have equipped him with a deep understanding of these industries.

Gary Hughes

Gary has built a notable career by taking on diverse roles in major corporations. At Experian, he’s a vital force in managing top strategic financial institution relationships, leveraging all of Experian’s capabilities to address pressing challenges in this dynamic landscape. Previously, as Associate Managing Director at Argus, he was immersed in data analytics and regulatory solutions, providing pivotal benchmarks and advisory services. His tenure at Altisource saw him leading the Origination Services division, optimizing mortgage lending operations. For over a decade, Gary provided strategic direction at Acxiom, leading initiatives from marketing list creation to ROI analysis. With a 16-year stint at Equifax, his roles spanned from overseeing the transformation of large sales teams to pioneering a new automotive vertical, emphasizing his adaptability and broad skillset.
